Spartan Brickwork & Construction Ltd is a company created by 3 local tradesman out of a desire to offer the highest quality of construction and workmanship, all the while making our services affordable and manageable to all who may want to use them. With house moves becoming less popular in the last decade or so, the renovating and extending of private dwellings has hit an all-time high. But, rather predictably, so have the costs associated with such projects. So we decided to attempt to buck this trend and our ultimate aim is to provide longer term quality to our clients over shorter term profitability to us as directors, understanding that when we provide quality work our bottom line will take care of itself.

Our team have a combined 30 years experience within the construction industry and are uniquely qualified to support and provide a well-run and cost effective solution to any project you may be considering. From the initial drawings to having the keys of your dream property handed over, we aim to offer a comprehensive one-stop shop for all developments, big or small. We pride ourselves, not only on our work, but our communication and honest approach. We treat how we like to be treated, and our aim is to ensure this leads to a hassle and stress free project for anyone using our services.

All our operatives are fully health and safety trained (accredited by the CSCS scheme) and we also ensure we have a trained First Aider on site for the care of all, clients and colleagues alike. In addition to this, as a business and as individuals, our work is fully insured with a multi-million pound public liability cover in place.

We have partnered with such companies as Focus Building and Development Ltd and Stonehouse Groundworks Ltd to develop and build some of the South East’s newest and most modern homes.
